Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Little Cult order. If something’s not right, here’s how we handle it:

1. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or with a printing error, we’ll make it right.

  • We’ll cover the return postage and issue a full refund or replacement.

  • To qualify, contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos showing the issue.

2. Exchanges (Sizing Issues)

  • We understand kids grow fast, and sometimes sizing is tricky.

  • We offer exchanges if you ordered the wrong size.

  • Return postage for exchanges is your responsibility.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Replacement items will be shipped once the original is returned in new condition.

3. Change of Mind

  • If you simply change your mind, we can issue store credit for the value of the returned item(s).

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Return postage is your responsibility.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to hygiene reasons, socks, hats, and accessories cannot be returned unless defective.

  • Items returned worn, washed, or damaged will not be accepted.

5. How to Start a Return

  • Contact us with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

  • We’ll confirm whether your return is eligible and provide instructions.

  • For refunds and store credit, allow 10-15 working days after we receive your return.
