Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your Little Cult order. If something’s not right, here’s how we handle it:
1. Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or with a printing error, we’ll make it right.

We’ll cover the return postage and issue a full refund or replacement.

To qualify, contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos showing the issue.
2. Exchanges (Sizing Issues)

We understand kids grow fast, and sometimes sizing is tricky.

We offer exchanges if you ordered the wrong size.

Return postage for exchanges is your responsibility.

Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Replacement items will be shipped once the original is returned in new condition.
3. Change of Mind

If you simply change your mind, we can issue store credit for the value of the returned item(s).

Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Return postage is your responsibility.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition.
4. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, socks, hats, and accessories cannot be returned unless defective.

Items returned worn, washed, or damaged will not be accepted.
5. How to Start a Return

Contact us with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
