1. Introduction
Welcome to Little Cult. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully, as they form a legally binding agreement between you and Little Cult.

2. Our Products

  • All items are made to order using a print-on-demand process. This means every piece is produced specifically for you once your order is placed.

  • Product images are provided for guidance only. Due to screen display settings and production methods, there may be slight variations in colour, scale, or positioning of prints. These variations are not considered defects.

3. Orders

  • Orders are confirmed once payment has been received in full.

  • An automated email will be sent to confirm order details. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us.

  • Because production begins immediately, orders cannot be cancelled or altered once submitted.

4. Pricing & Currency

  • Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • For international customers, currency conversion may apply. Local equivalents of free shipping thresholds (e.g. £50) will be calculated at checkout.

  • Little Cult reserves the right to update prices at any time.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping is free on orders over £50 (or local equivalent).

  • Orders below £50 are subject to a standard shipping charge calculated at checkout.

  • Production usually takes 3–7 working days. Delivery estimates are 7–14 working days depending on destination.

  • International deliveries may take longer due to customs clearance. Any local duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by postal services, couriers, or customs.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Refunds are offered only for defective or damaged items.

  • Exchanges are available for wrong sizing. Return postage for exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.

  • If you change your mind, store credit can be issued for items returned within 14 days of delivery. Return postage in this case is the responsibility of the customer.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All product designs and branding are the property of Little Cult.

  • You may not copy, distribute, resell, or otherwise use our intellectual property without written permission.

8. Liability

  • We cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse, incorrect washing, or normal wear and tear.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes will be handled in courts of England & Wales.
